Warranty Policy

Katjou.com products may be exchanged or returned within ten (10) days of the delivery date, or may be returned for a full refound (except for jewelry) within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date when accompanied of the original sales invoice.

Any product which you have notified us of that you want to exchange or obtain a refund, must be returned to us within a maximum of 20 days from the date of delivery.

All items must be in perfect saleable condition.

Jewelry is not refundable but may be exchanged for another product.

When returning jewelry please include product in its original packaging, warranty and  product certificates, along with the  invoice.

The item should be returned in its original packaging and condition.

Thank you for purchasing an original KATJOU product. All KATJOU products carry a limited six months warranty on manufacturer defects.  Proof of purchase must be provided documenting purchase is within timeframe to receive replacement or refund.
